Conditions de Retour et d’Échange

1. The conditions of returns.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them and thoroughly packed. The articles must not be nor worn/nor washed/odorless (not smell of cigarettes or perfume). Items must not have any traces of makeup.

As a result, the returns of washed clothes and/or doors will not be accepted.

Sale items or items subject to clearance cannot be returned. Neither can jewelry or tights. 

2. The return period

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-23 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of his order to retract. Attention, if the return period is exceeded, we will be forced to not to accept it and you will have to repay shipping.

3. Return costs

Return costs (=shipping) are at your charge. Shipping costs are not refundable. Except in the exceptional case where it is an error on our part (error on the model/article/size/color).

We do not support the loss/theft of a package. No refund will be made. 

If you are shipping an item over $60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. The procedure to follow for the return
